Tech International Charter School is an exciting and innovative new school in City School District 10 that focuses on technology and international connections with a strong emphasis on inclusiveness for immigrant families, English Language Learners and Special Education students. It began with over 130 sixth grade students in August of 2012. TI will increase one grade per year but the only year of admissions is grade 6. TI will look to expand its charter in Fall of 2013 to evolve into a grade 6-12 school.
Our home is 3120 Corlear Avenue near the intersection of 231st Street. With each month that passes, we look forward, with TI PRIDE, to becoming more and more a part of the Kingsbridge community! Founders Update
Opening day has now come and gone. School has begun and our daily and weekly routines are established! Classrooms are fully furnished, walls have been painted in a lively display of the school colors, and all the technology is up and running. We had one week of TI Family Academy in August and look forward to more sessions in September. Our goal is to distribute kindles, home computers and memory sticks to all TI families by the end of the month.
Our new TI phone number is 718-549-1908 although we continue to be the only school in America where parents are encouraged to call the cell phones of the two leaders seven days a week from 7AM to 11PM.

TI Board Meetings
Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of Tech International Charter School meets monthly. Interested members of the public are invited to attend. The next Board meetings will be held at TI Charter School on 5/30 (Thursday) and 6/25 (Tuesday). Click here for minutes of all Board meetings since 9/13/11 when we became a legal entity.
